What platforms are supported?
Clipwell supports major video and social platforms including YouTube, TikTok, 小红书 (RED), Bilibili and 抖音, with more added over time. You just paste a public link.
Do you store my videos?
The video or audio file itself, no: it is deleted as soon as the job finishes, and a cleanup job every hour removes anything left behind that is more than 6 hours old. But we do keep other material about each clip on our servers — the transcript, the text read off the screen, our vision model's descriptions, and a record of the finished note. Section 2 of our Privacy Policy lists exactly what is kept and for how long.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
What does "high quality" mean?
High-quality processing applies stronger visual understanding and finer-grained structuring — better for dense, visual, or slide-heavy content.
How do I disconnect Notion?
There is no disconnect button inside Clipwell yet. To disconnect, revoke Clipwell's access from Notion's own settings; that takes effect immediately. The access token we stored is not deleted automatically, so email us if you also want it removed from our side. Your existing notes stay in your Notion workspace either way.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from Clipwell's settings, or email us. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — your account cannot be recovered. Your clip-list rows, the quality-checking source material, the note records and the key-frame copies are cleared within 24 hours, and there are two exceptions: our usage-log lines are kept but the account identifier on each line is replaced with "deleted", and the Notion access token we stored is not yet removed automatically — email us and we will remove it. All of this is set out in section 2 of our Privacy Policy. Any remaining credits are forfeited and not refunded.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Paddle subscription — these are separate. You must cancel the subscription yourself in Paddle's subscription-management settings, or billing will continue. See our Terms for full details.

你们会保存我的视频吗？
视频或音频文件本身不保存：任务一跑完就删除，另有一个每小时跑一次的清理任务，删掉残留下来的、超过 6 小时的文件。但我们确实会在服务器上保留与每条剪藏相关的其它材料——逐字稿、从画面上读到的文字、视觉模型生成的画面描述，以及成稿笔记的一份记录。具体保留哪些、各保留多久，见隐私政策第 2 节。
可以随时取消吗？
可以。你可以随时取消订阅，订阅在当前计费周期结束前仍然有效，且无任何取消费用。
如何断开 Notion？
Clipwell 内目前还没有「断开连接」按钮。要断开，请在 Notion 自己的设置里撤销 Clipwell 的访问权限，撤销后立即生效。我们存下来的授权令牌不会被自动删除，如果你也想让我们删掉它，写邮件告诉我们即可。无论哪种方式，已生成的笔记都仍然保留在你的 Notion 空间。
如何删除账号与数据？
你可以在设置中删除账号，或来信告知。删除不可恢复、账号无法找回。你的剪藏列表行、质量校验源材料、转录记录和关键帧副本会在 24 小时内清理，另有两处例外：我们的用量日志行会保留，但每行上的账号标识会被替换成「deleted」；我们存下来的 Notion 授权令牌目前还不会被自动删除，写邮件给我们，我们会删掉它。以上都写在隐私政策第 2 节。删号后剩余积分作废、不退款。
删除账号会取消订阅吗？
不会。删除账号不会自动取消你的 Paddle 订阅，二者相互独立。你需自行到 Paddle 的订阅管理中取消，否则会继续扣费。详见服务条款。
