If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first subscription purchase (monthly or yearly). Just contact us at [email protected] or request the refund through Paddle.

Booster packs

High-quality booster packs can be refunded within 30 days if unused. If a pack has been partially used, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis at our reasonable discretion.

How payments & refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle also operates its own buyer refund process. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are typically issued back to your original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
