This page covers the use of this website and the general information printed on it. The work we actually do for a client is governed by the written quote and the signed contract, not by this page.
1. What these terms cover
They cover your use of this website and the descriptions of our services shown on it. They are not the agreement for a project. Each project has its own written scope, quote and contract, and where a signed contract says something different from this page, the signed contract is what counts.
2. What we do
Orange Lab designs, builds and operates custom AI agents for businesses: an opportunity scan that produces a written roadmap, a fixed-scope build, and optional ongoing operation and improvement. What is included in a given engagement is written down and agreed before work starts.
3. Pricing and quotes
We quote by project. This website describes what each service includes; it does not state what a project costs, and nothing on it is a binding price offer.
The price for your project is given in a written quote and locked in the contract before work starts. Quotes and invoices can be issued in Chinese yuan (CNY) or US dollars (USD). If a figure is ever mentioned in a conversation, an email or a proposal draft, the signed quote or contract is still what governs.
4. Not investment advice
The market and trading intel agents described on this site are information tools. They watch sources you choose, summarize what they find and send alerts. They do not recommend trades, do not place orders and do not manage money.
Nothing on this website, and no output of an agent we build, is investment advice, a solicitation or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Any trading decision you make, and everything that follows from it, is yours alone. If you need investment advice, get it from someone licensed to give it in your jurisdiction.
5. Who owns what
The prompts, code, configuration and data produced for you in an engagement are yours, on the terms written into the contract, and the handover pack includes the source, the prompts and the documentation. The text, layout, design and marks of this website itself remain ours.
6. Availability of this site
This is a marketing site. We may change, move or take down anything on it at any time, and we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors. The live operations panel on the home page shows a simulated view of our own workflow, not a real-time data feed you can rely on.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website or from relying on the general information printed on it. For paid work, our liability is whatever the signed contract for that project says it is.
8. Governing law
To be specified. The governing law and the place where disputes are settled are not fixed yet; they will be named in each signed contract, and this page will be updated once a standing choice is made.
